Sandra spent all her life in Wirral. She worked as a model for jet garages and was dubbed a 'jetset girl' travelling around the country. She owned her own hair dressing salon at one stage in her life and worked in many different shops. Sandra married her husband Alan aged 25 and 10yrs later their one and only child Sarah was born. Family life was what Sandra enjoyed more than anything and loved fun and family holidays and day trips. She enjoyed writing poetry and going shopping as well as trips to the pub and days out. She was a great friend, a loyal loving wife and the greatest mother in the world. She was diagnosed with PBP varient of MND in march 11 and passed away in the arms of her daughter and husband in hospital in Aug 11 following pneumonia complication of MND. Sandra was a light in our lives that will always burn brightly in our hearts and memories. We are truly blessed to of had her play such a major part in our lives and will love and miss her forever.
